Headshot of Kim Read, physiotherapist

My name is Kim Read. I’m a physiotherapist and the director of Rockpool Physiotherapy. I have been a physio for many years and have worked for around 20 years primarily with kids and adults with a disability or neurological condition. I have worked in NSW and WA for a variety of organisations. I have been working for myself as a mobile physio for the past 4 years.

I live on a rural property in the Hunter Valley of NSW that I share with my husband, 3 kids, 4 horses, 30 chickens, a dog, 2 cats, a couple of budgies and a guinea pig as well as lots of wildlife.

I am very interested in telehealth and think that it is a wonderful way for many people to access quality allied health services, increasing access and equity for people living in rural and remote areas, as well as people living in urban and regional areas.

I love connecting with people and helping to solve problems with them so that people can achieve their goals. I would love to connect with anyone who would like to investigate whether teletherapy is right for them.
